<p>The latest storm is moving in with its usual bluster and fury and this morning the power couldn&#8217;t decide whether to stay on or off on the east side. Finally it decided to stay off for about and hour and now, at 10am is back on. The wind has slacked off a little as the clouds and rain have moved in. It was fun while it lasted.</p>
