		<description>Ruth is an exceptional yoga instructor. These classes are fantastic even for beginners, like me! I&#039;ve noticed improved balance, strength and flexibility--really helpful for a 50 year old horsewoman. :)
Absolutely worth checking out if you&#039;ve ever been curious to try yoga. Ruth really makes you feel welcome and comfortable trying something new. I just can&#039;t say enough good things!</description>
