Ruth is an exceptional yoga instructor. These classes are fantastic even for beginners, like me! I’ve noticed improved balance, strength and flexibility–really helpful for a 50 year old horsewoman.
Absolutely worth checking out if you’ve ever been curious to try yoga. Ruth really makes you feel welcome and comfortable trying something new. I just can’t say enough good things!
